  • See the Benefits Planning Toolkit at Disability Hub MN. This toolkit gives you the information, resources and tools you need to support benefits planning.
  • The Office of Disability Employment Policy Federal agency within the Department of Labor (DOL) offers technical assistance to persons with disabilities in the workplace and to employers seeking to hire persons with disabilities.
  • Disability Benefits 101 is a comprehensive benefits and work-planning website created for people with disabilities under age 65, their families, caregivers and professionals.
  • Disability Resources is a comprehensive federal website of disability-related government resources for the purpose of ensuring that more than 54 million Americans with disabilities learn and develop skills, find meaningful work and realize the promises of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • Job Accommodations Network (JAN) is a free service that promotes retention of workers with disabilities by providing employers, employment providers, people with disabilities, their family members and other interested parties information on job accommodations and the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • The Minnesota Employment Center team works with deaf or hard of hearing clients of all employment backgrounds to find them the best job match.
  • CareerForce is a state resource to help people prepare for, train for, obtain and maintain employment. Job seekers can find a job, post a resume, file for unemployment insurance and access career information. Employers can advertise job openings, find employees and access information/resources for any stage of the employment process.
  • The National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth is one of two technical assistance centers funded by the U.S. Department of Labor to help the workforce development community address issues affecting the employment of people with disabilities.
