Housing Stabilization Services
On Aug. 1, 2025, DHS announced that it was moving to terminate the Housing Stabilization Services program. The HSS program will be ending Oct. 31, 2025 and will no longer accept new eligibility requests after Friday, Oct. 10, 2025, for review or approval. Housing Stabilization Services is a Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help seniors and people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, find and keep housing.
