The Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP) covers only family planning services (including related supplies) and transportation services to and from providers of family planning services. You can apply for short-term coverage at certain clinics or apply for a full year of coverage by completing a MFPP paper application.
This program is for people who are not enrolled in Medical Assistance, both of which already covers these services. More information is in the Minnesota Family Planning Program brochure (PDF).
The information on this page does not cover all program rules. To find out whether you qualify, you must apply.
