NETStudy 2.0 System Maintenance

Below is a list of NETStudy 2.0 scheduled system maintenance. NETStudy 2.0 will be offline during these times. Unexpected outages are rare, but if one occurs, details will be posted below as soon as they are available. All information below is subject to change.

As a result of migrating to new servers, an issue was identified in the NETStudy 2.0 system affecting background study payments made on Feb. 19. Payments appeared to have been successful, however, some study applications did not route appropriately. DHS has resolved the issue, and our team is continuing to actively monitor NETStudy 2.0 to ensure there are no other potential issues. Providers should refrain from making multiple payment attempts in NETStudy 2.0 for the same application(s). For questions, please call 651-431-6620 or email dhs.netstudy2@state.mn.us.
