CHIP funding extended for 10 years …
In addition to the six-year authorization of CHIP that Congress passed on Jan. 22, 2018, Congress authorized another four years of CHIP funding as part of another continuing resolution to fund the federal government. CHIP will now be funded for 10 years through federal fiscal year 2027.
