Own Your Future is a public awareness initiative sponsored by the Dayton administration, with support from the Minnesota departments of Human Services, Health and Commerce and the Minnesota Board on Aging. Own Your Future is a federal/state partnership to encourage and enable Minnesotans to create a plan for their long-term care.
The Own Your Future website provides information for Minnesotans who want to find out more about their risk for long-term needs. How to hold conversations with your family and others who will care for you. How to decide where to live and how to pay for long-term care cost. Also, other strategies that we all should be incorporating into our plans for our later years.
