State of Minnesota’s Welcome Guide for Newcomers

Access a compilation of information and resources for newcomers on topics like legal help, food and income support, health care, school enrollment, identification cards, safety and transportation. The guide is a resource for people who are not eligible for federally funded benefits.

Refugee and Immigrant Helpline flyer

Learn how to contact the Refugee and Immigrant Helpline (1-800-814-4806). The Helpline has navigators who can answer questions in English, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian or connect people to interpreters in their preferred language. Helpline navigators connect people to community resources, including those for newcomers who are not eligible for federally funded services.
