Blueprint Action Teams

Age-Friendly MN is excited to pilot the first five Blueprint Action Teams in March 2025. Blueprint Action Teams are groups of individuals from across the state who will play a lead role in implementing Minnesota’s Multisector Blueprint for Aging. Each Action Team aligns with objectives from the Blueprint. Launched Action Teams are shown below and organized by Domain. Additional Action Teams will be launched regularly and will be shown here along with regular updates as we advance the work.
