Blueprint Action Teams

Blueprint Action Teams are groups of individuals from across the state who play a lead role in implementing Minnesota’s Multisector Blueprint for Aging.

In October 2026, the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council approved the Action Teams Recommendations Report which reflects the work of multiple Action Teams across all four domains of the Blueprint. Bringing together more than 100 participants representing over 80 organizations across the state, the Action Teams drew on diverse expertise and lived experience to develop nearly 100 recommendations for making Minnesota a better place for all of us across the lifespan.

The recommendations address priorities across housing, transportation, digital engagement, emergency preparedness, health and well-being, long term care, basic needs, and older adults in the workforce.
