Blueprint Action Teams

Blueprint Action Teams are groups of individuals from across the state who will play a lead role in implementing Minnesota’s Multisector Blueprint for Aging. Each Action Team aligns with objectives from the Blueprint. Launched Action Teams are shown below and organized by Domain.

Domain 1: Connected Communities
