The performance measures reports provide statewide data related to goals in a strategic plan developed by DHS programs serving people with disabilities and older adults. These programs use the Results-Based Accountability™ model to develop and share best practices in performance measurement.
The waiver program waitlists provide information on county and state use of resources for home and community-based waiver programs, including Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) and Developmental Disabilities (DD).
These HCBS reports provide summary data on county and statewide performance key operational and performance measures.
