About Odyssey

Age & Disabilities Odyssey events are hosted by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Board on Aging. Odyssey works to make life better for Minnesotans. We are a forum that brings together trusted sources on aging and disability services. We offer opportunities to educate, inspire, and connect through story sharing, hands-on collaborating, and celebrating you. By gathering passionate advocates and our field’s top leaders in one place, we move our communities forward. You’ll leave inspired, validated, and ready to dig in.

Odyssey had been a two-day, in-person conference held on either an annual or biennial basis since 1998. In 2020, it became a series of webinars. Both formats attract over 1,800 attendees. Attendees are interested in long-term services and supports. They include advocates, consumers, policy makers, providers and those from Area Agencies on Aging, counties, tribes, managed care organizations and state government.
