Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) Resources and MN–ITS Training

In this training, you will learn to:

• Locate online information, forms and resources
• Find information in the MHCP Provider Manual, including:
  • Provider basics
  • C&TC MHCP Provider Manual section
  • C&TC provider enrollment
• Use MN–ITS for the following:
  • Administration
  • Access your mailbox
  • Verify member eligibility
  • Submit professional claims (837P) for C&TC
  • Retrieve and read your remittance advice

Sessions are available on the following dates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. via webinar only and will include time for breaks and lunch. We will provide the same information on each of the following dates:

You must have your MN–ITS username and password to access your MN–ITS account for this training. Contact your organization’s MN–ITS administrator if you do not have a MN–ITS username and password. If you or your organization has not yet registered for MN–ITS, use your MN–ITS Registration letter to register and assign the delegated billing person a username and password before attending this training. Contact the MHCP Provider Resource Center if you need a copy of your letter.

You will receive an email invitation immediately after you register.

Participants will: 

• Connect to the webinar from their own computers and do not need special hardware or software
• Communicate with presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session
