2017 waiver rate-setting frameworks
NOTE: The federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services approved 2026 rate frameworks on March 25. DHS is implementing these frameworks for services with start dates April 1, 2026, or later, on a rolling implementation basis. The approved rates are available on the 2026 CMS-approved DWRS rate frameworks webpage.
