DHS is seeking to provide education, resources, and support to family members, the community and people navigating behavioral health systems through a warmline.

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking to provide education, resources, and support to operate and coordinate warmlines that provide statewide preventative and non-emergency phone support using a peer-to-peer approach to mental health recovery and wellness that is voluntary, judgement-free and run by certified peers with lived experience.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from September 1, 2025 until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
