DHS is seeking to develop and train crisis providers on best practices and cultural considerations for delivering effective crisis services to individuals experiencing mental illness and/or substance use challenges
 
DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to develop and train crisis providers on best practices and cultural considerations when providing crisis services to people with mental illness and substance use. 
 
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for one (1) year, from September 1, 2025 until August 30, 2026. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of four (4) years.
