DHS is seeking to provide Capacity-Building in Statewide Immigration Legal Services for New Americans.

DHS, through its Resettlement Programs Office, is seeking to provide legal services that assist new Americans to seek or maintain immigration status and work authorization for employment in the United States.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for up to two (2) years, from contract execution through June 30, 2027, subject to the availability of funds and contract performance. The STATE may extend the contract to a total of five (5) years, should funding be extended for this purpose.
