DHS is seeking to provide Safe Recovery Site Capacity Building and Start-Up

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking capacity building and start-up of Safe Recovery Sites (SRS).

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for four (4) years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2029. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
