DHS is seeking to provide Community-Based Skilled Support Professionals and Community Intervener Services to People Who Are DeafBlind

DHS, through its Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing State Services Division, is seeking to provide specialized skilled support providers such as, Support Service Provider, Co-Navigator, and community Intervener services for individuals who are deafblind. Responders shall provide support events and activities for families with children who are deafblind.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two-years from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
