The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to develop and implement a comprehensive statewide public campaign focused on preventing problem gambling. This initiative aims to raise awareness, promote treatment services, and engage historically underserved communities through educational workshops/outreaches, diverse media distribution, and the promotion of the Minnesota Problem Gambling Helpline. Grantees will be responsible for project management, regular reporting, and developing culturally specific outreach strategies to ensure equitable access to resources and reduce stigma around problem gambling.
