DHS is seeking to provide Health Care Services to Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare Enrollees under alternative payment arrangements through Track 1 or Track 2 of the Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Demonstration.

DHS, through its Healthcare Research and Quality Division, is seeking to provide Health Care Services to Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare Enrollees under alternative payment arrangements through Track 1 or Track 2 of the Integrated Health Partnerships Demonstration.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for four (4) years, from January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2028. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
