The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Disability Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified responders to:

  • Conduct a comprehensive study to evaluate the need for licensure or other regulatory modifications for the Medical Assistance Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit.
  • Coordinate, convene and facilitate engagement and consultation with a broad array of EIDBI and autism services stakeholders to incorporate their input on licensure and/or regulatory recommendations.
  • Complete a report with their findings and recommendations for next steps.
The state will consider awarding separate contracts for the licensure study/recommendations and the stakeholder engagement/consultation aspects of this work.
