The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Disability Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified responders to:

Conduct a comprehensive study to evaluate the need for licensure or other regulatory modifications for the Medical Assistance Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit.
Coordinate, convene and facilitate engagement and consultation with a broad array of EIDBI and autism services stakeholders to incorporate their input on licensure and/or regulatory recommendations.
Complete a report with their findings and recommendations for next steps.

The state will consider awarding separate contracts for the licensure study/recommendations and the stakeholder engagement/consultation aspects of this work.
