The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Grants, Equity, Access and Research Division), is seeking proposals from qualified responders to serve as the administrator of the Long-Term Services and Supports Workforce Incentive Fund for Direct Support Professionals in Long-Term Care. The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from Jan. 1, 2024, until Jan. 1, 2026. The state may extend the contract up to a total of five years.
