DHS is seeking to provide Intensive Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (Youth ACT) in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0947.

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking to provide Intensive Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (Youth ACT) in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0947.

The term of any resulting contract is dependent upon date of submission. The term for submissions due February 14, 2025 are anticipated to be for 5 years, from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2030.
