DHS is seeking to provide mental health screenings, assessments, and referrals for diagnostic assessment and/or treatment for children within the child welfare and juvenile justice populations

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking to provide mental health screenings, assessments, and referrals for diagnostic assessment and/or treatment for children within the child welfare and juvenile justice populations (prioritizing funds for uninsured and underinsured children).

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for one year, from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
