Legal help: You may have a lawyer represent you in an appeal and come with you to the hearing if you choose. The agency will not get a lawyer for your or pay for one. You may be able to get free legal advice or help with an appeal from your local legal services office. How to appeal
Request a hearing. This is easy to do. Your request for a hearing must be in writing and can be short.
Your request can also be done online.
