2026 amended DWRS rate frameworks for start dates between Jan. 1 and March 31
NOTE: 2026 DWRS rate remediation
Lead agencies must remediate 2026 DWRS framework rates with start dates between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2026, that were calculated using MnCHOICES component values ahead of approval of the Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver amendments and the Brain Injury (BI) waiver renewal by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
