Department and state policies

Overview

Administrative policies are agencywide or statewide directives that the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) uses to regulate the internal management of the Department and the actions of its employees. In some cases, administrative policies clarify procedures DHS will use to follow legal or other mandated requirements.

While administrative policies are directed toward Department employees they may have some application to clients, vendors or members of the public depending on their purpose and content.
