Approval criteria
- Patient has a diagnosis of hypertension AND
- Patient has previously been treated for hypertension with drugs from three of the following classes: diuretics, beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, ARBs
Quantity limit
- 340 tablets per 34-day supply
Background information
Vecamyl™ is indicated for the management of moderately severe to severe essential hypertension and in uncomplicated cases of malignant hypertension.
