Other things we want you to know!
- You must be 18 or older and live in Minnesota.
- The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
- Your survey responses will go directly to Wilder Research and will be combined with the responses of others before they are shared with DHS. Your individual answers are confidential and will not be shared.
- Whether or not you receive public assistance or services, please complete the survey.
- Whether or not you take the survey and the information you share will not affect your relationship with DHS or benefits you may receive. Also, you can’t register for services by completing the survey.
- Once you enter the survey link, you will have the option of taking the survey in English, Spanish, Somali, Hmong, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese (simplified), and Chinese (traditional). The survey is also accessible by a screen reader.
