Moving toward integrated service delivery will involve listening and sharing, testing and learning, and making shifts over time that add up to meaningful results. But we know real change only happens with you there with us.

If you work in human services at DHS, MNIT@DHS, a county or a tribal nation, and you want to join in on collaborative projects around integrated service delivery, the Modernization Plan is a good place to start. It outlines strategies and goals, and for each one, there are action teams forming. If you are a community member or represent an organization, there are also opportunities to get involved in integrated services delivery efforts.
