DHS is seeking to provide integrated, culturally supportive perinatal care to African American people at high risk for low birth weight and preterm births.

DHS, through its Health Improvement and Benefit Design Division, is seeking to provide integrated, culturally supportive perinatal care to Black/African American people at high risk for low birth weight and preterm births.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two (2) years, from September 1, 2024 until June 30, 2026. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
