DHS is seeking to provide Opioid Epidemic Response Services

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Division, and in conjunction with the Opioid Epidemic Response Advisory Council (OERAC), is seeking to provide Minnesota a range of services aimed at addressing the opioid epidemic.

These Opioid Epidemic Response Services include prevention and harm reduction for opioid use disorder (OUD), workforce development and training on opioid addiction treatment, expansion and enhancement of the continuum of care for opioid-related substance use disorders (SUD), and chronic pain management and alternative treatments.

The anticipated term for any resulting contract is three and a half (3.5) years, from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, with the potential for the STATE to extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
