DHS is seeking to provide culturally responsive, intergenerational, family centered programming rooted in African American traditions. 

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration Division, is seeking to provide culturally specific, African American-led services, based in South Minneapolis, offering intergenerational, family-centered programming that is rooted in African American traditions.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be from January 2026 until June 30, 2028. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
