DHS is seeking to deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive, and holistic health services.
DHS, through its Health Care Administration, Office of the Medicaid Medical Director, is soliciting proposals to deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive, and holistic health services for communities disproportionately affected by health disparities.
The term of this resulting contract is anticipated to be for twelve (12) months, from July 1, 2026, until June 30, 2027. At its discretion, the STATE may extend the contract for up to a total of five (5) years.
