In compliance with state data privacy law Minnesota Statutes Section 13.356 (Personal Contact and Online Account Information), DHS provides notice that the following data provided to DHS is private: A subscriber's telephone number; email address; and (3) Internet user name, password, Internet protocol address, and any other similar data related to an individual subscriber's online account or access procedures. Furthermore, data provided under paragraph (a) may only be used for the specific purpose for which the individual provided the data. Additionally, DHS shall not market or sell the list of businesses that subscribe or their email addresses.

Aging and Adult Services Lead Agency
The Aging and Adult Services Lead Agency list is used to provide information to county and tribal agencies and managed care organization staff who work with the Elderly Waiver, Alternative Care and Long Term Care programs. Information may include identifying new bulletins, MMIS changes, policy updates and other related topics.
Behavioral health
In addition, the Behavioral Health Divisions offers a number of email subscription services on specific behavioral health topics.

The department issue bulletins to communicate official department policy to counties, tribes and other organizations. As a subscriber to this list, you will receive email notification when a bulletin is released.

Disability Services Division Lead Agency eList
The Disability Services Division (DSD) Lead Agency eList is a resource for lead agencies including counties, tribes and managed care organizations. County, tribal, managed care and state workers may subscribe to this list with a work email address.
This is an announcement list only. You will receive a one-way email notification when new information is available. Do not reply to these emails, as DSD will not be reading or forwarding replies for handling. Medicaid and CHIP State Plan Amendments
The Medicaid and CHIP State Plan Amendments list will provide notification regarding the submission, and final disposition, of state plan amendments. Subscribers will also receive emails when the Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking public comment on proposed state plan amendments.
Medicaid waivers
This is a free email subscription service that allows you to receive one-way email notifications when new information is available about Medicaid waivers, such as the Reform waiver, the Prepaid Medical Assistance Plus (PMAP+) waiver, the Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) waiver and new waiver applications. Subscribers will receive emails when Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking public comment on items that will be submitted for federal approval, when requests for federal authority are submitted to the federal government, and when waiver requests have been approved or denied by CMS.

We send out notices related to all rulemaking activities. As a subscriber to the rulemaking notices list, you will receive email notification when DHS is seeking public comment on a possible rulemaking or proposing rules for adoption, as well as occasional news and updates related to DHS rulemaking.
