new-burst-yellowMinnesota’s new Disability Waiver Program will work differently

Minnesota’s new Disability Waiver Program will include a simplified waiver structure, individual budgets and access to simple online tools. While we work toward shaping the program and determining when these changes will go into effect, we will share updates and progress on this page and through email to help everyone prepare for a smooth transition. Before any changes take effect, individuals, families, providers, counties and Tribal Nations will receive resources, examples and training to help them understand what is changing, what it means for them and how to prepare.
