DHS is seeking to address the opioid overdose crisis in communities and populations that have been historically underserved and disproportionately impacted by opioid-related overdose deaths
DHS, though its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking to address the opioid overdose crisis in communities and populations that have been historically underserved and disproportionately impacted by opioid-related overdose deaths
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be twenty one (21) months, from September 1, 2026 until June 30, 2028. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years, subject to the availability of funds and contract performance.
