Training on IEP MN–ITS Usage and Remittance Advice

Navigating the MHCP provider webpages, including reading your remittance advice.

Using the MN–ITS online billing system, including:

• Administration
• Mailboxes
• Eligibility request (270/271)
• Request claim status (276/277)

Sessions are available on the following dates from 9:00 a.m.–noon and 1–4 p.m.

Content will be the same for each session. Select the session that best fits your schedule.

Webinar

You will receive an email invitation at the email address you enter during the registration process. Any materials you need will be available through the content link included with the webinar invitation. Click launch to open the materials.

Webinar attendees will:

• Connect to the webinar from their own computers and do not need special hardware or software
• Communicate with the presenters and others in the audience using the chat feature available as part of the webinar session

Participants need the following to attend the webinar sessions:

• Internet access 
• Speakers or headset

Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), 444 Lafayette Road, St Paul, MN 55101

Parking: DHS will email your parking information and a parking permit about three days before the lab training begins. Shuttle service from the parking location occurs every 15 minutes before and after each session. You must use your parking permit. DHS is not responsible for vehicles, including those parked in the wrong location or parked without a visible parking permit. 

Register online. There is no cost for this training.

Once a training session fills up, MHCP will remove it as a selection from the online registration system.
