The Minnesota Board on Aging is seeking a financial management services provider for a caregiver self-directed program
The Minnesota Board on Aging (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to support the administration of self-directed caregiver grants for at-risk individuals, caregiving for an older adult, through the use of a Fiscal Management Service.
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be from November 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
