RFP to Provide Health Care Services (non-Grant)

DHS is seeking to provide Health Care Services to Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare Enrollees Under Alternative Payment Arrangements Through Track 1 or Track 2 of the Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Program  

DHS, through its Managed Care Contracting and Rates Division, is seeking to Provide Health Care Services to Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare Enrollees Under Alternative Payment Arrangements Through Track 1 or Track 2 of the Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Program 
 
The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for four (4) years, from January 1, 2027, until December 31, 2030. STATE may extend the contract one additional year, for a total contract length of up to five (5) years, subject to the availability of funds and contract performance.
