Approval criteria
The patient must meet all of the following criteria:
- Is three years of age or older
- Has a diagnosis of narcolepsy, attention-deficit disorder (ADD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or autism spectrum disorder
- Has tried and failed methylphenidate
- Has tried and failed immediate-release amphetamine/detroamphetamine
Quantity limit
- 5 mg = 102 tablets per 34 days
- 10 mg = 204 tablets per 34 days
Additional information
MHCP will not give approvals for the treatment of obesity.
